The song ‘Kya Kamaal Hai’, from the upcoming Hindi film ‘Main Vaapas Aaunga’, is gaining traction internationally as singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh continues his ongoing US tour. The track features music by AR Rahman, lyrics by Irshad Kamil, and is directed by Imtiaz Ali.
Dosanjh recently shared a video on Instagram from his Orlando, Florida concert, showing fans of different nationalities dancing to the song. He captioned the reel: “ORLANDO, FLORIDA 🇺🇸 WE DID IT 🤘🏽 LOVE YOU ALL 🤗😇 NEXT DALLAS, Texas.”

‘Main Vaapas Aaunga’ is directed by Imtiaz Ali and stars Diljit Dosanjh, Naseeruddin Shah, Sharvari Wagh, and Vedang Raina. The film is produced by Sameer Nair and Deepak Segal under Applause Entertainment, alongside Mohit Choudhary and Shibasish Sarkar of Window Seat Films.
It is scheduled for a theatrical release on 12 June 2026.
This marks a collaboration between Dosanjh and Rahman under Ali’s direction. Ali, known for films such as ‘Jab We Met’ and ‘Tamasha’, has consistently built his narratives around music as a central storytelling element. ‘Main Vaapas Aaunga’ follows that pattern.
Following Orlando, Dosanjh’s US tour is scheduled to continue in Dallas, Texas. The film releases in cinemas on 12 June 2026.
